1. The wind shutdown of the flour processing plant is faulty. Due to poor wind shutoff, the flour bag may be sucked up. Common reasons include air leakage at various connections, impeller wear, etc. If the impeller is worn, we can add a rubber plate to the outer edge.
2. Electrical failure, specifically, there are the following two aspects: ① The single machine cannot be started. Common reasons include poor contact or disconnection of the control circuit of the single machine, burnout of the AC contactor coil, etc. ② The unit cannot be started. Common reasons include too low voltage, lack of phase in the distribution line, poor line contact, disconnection of the control circuit, fuse melting, etc.
3. Spiral agitator failure, ① The agitator shaft does not rotate. The reasons include excessive feeding and slippage of the transmission belt. ② The grain outlet does not discharge grain. The reasons include incorrect motor rotation, blockage of the outlet, broken agitator blades, etc.
4. The flour mill machinery motor is faulty. The entire unit has more than 10 motors of varying sizes. Therefore, the motor problem cannot be ignored. Excessive temperature is one of the main reasons for motor damage. The reasons for excessive temperature include lack of bearing oil, dirt entering the bearing, bearing damage, or motor overload etc.
