In my northern country, pasta is the main staple food, and the wheat flour making machine plays an important role. In daily use, this type of equipment may encounter some common problems, and correct operation and maintenance are also crucial.
1. Common fault analysis
Sealing system problems
When the sealing effect is not ideal, the flour packaging bag may be adsorbed. The main reasons include insufficient sealing of the connection parts and wear of the impeller. In the case of impeller wear, rubber gaskets can be installed on the edge for repair.
Electrical system abnormality
There are mainly two situations: one is that the single machine cannot be started, which may be due to poor contact or circuit breakage of the control line, damage to the AC contactor coil, etc.; the other is that the whole machine cannot operate, and common reasons include low power supply voltage, power supply phase loss, poor line contact, control circuit breakage or fuse fuse.
Stirring device failure
The main manifestations are: the stirring shaft stops rotating, usually due to excessive feed volume or slippage of the transmission belt; the discharge port is blocked, which may be caused by the wrong direction of the motor, blockage of the discharge channel, or damage to the stirring blade.
Drive motor problem
The whole set of wheat flour machines is usually equipped with multiple motors of different powers, and motor failure needs special attention. Overheating is one of the main factors leading to motor damage, which may be caused by insufficient bearing lubrication, bearing contamination, bearing damage, or motor overload operation.
2. Process parameter adjustment
Grinding angle selection
In the skin grinding system, it is recommended to use a smaller grinding angle to extract wheat residue and wheat core; in the front skin grinding, it is recommended to use a larger grinding angle to keep the bran flakes intact; the back skin grinding is recommended to use a medium to large grinding angle.
3. Daily maintenance points
Regularly check the wheat milling machine for the tightness of the transmission belt and maintain appropriate tension
Check the air system and air pressure on time
Monitor the bearing temperature and deal with abnormalities in time
Check the circuit system every six months and clean the impurities in the oil circuit
Replace the grinding roller in an orderly manner, and pay attention to adjusting the rolling distance
Use special tools to disassemble and assemble components
Warm reminder: Standardized daily maintenance can effectively extend the service life of flour equipment and improve production efficiency. In case of complex problems, it is recommended that professional technicians be contacted for processing.
