② Regularly check the air circuits, air pressure, and the dynamic components of the timing belt. Pay close attention to bearing temperatures. If the temperature is too high, promptly identify the cause and take appropriate measures. If the situation is severe, shut down the machine for inspection.
③ Regularly replace the grinding rollers according to the actual conditions of the flour mill. Of course, try not to replace too many at once. All transmission components must be securely fixed. Special tools are required when disassembling the device.
④ Regularly check the circuits. Clean the oil circuits of impurities based on the appropriate temperature of the engine oil or hydraulic oil viscosity.
